Through the Website it is not possible to conclude a contract for the provision of services, which means that advertisements, price lists, catalogs and other information about services placed on the Website should not be treated as an offer, but possibly as an invitation to conclude a contract. The conclusion of an agreement may take place as a result of an inquiry addressed to the Owner and after the parties agree on the detailed terms and conditions of such an agreement, or by going to the Owner’s store website available at https://ewnarstore.pl/ – the conclusion and terms of such an agreement, however, are regulated by the Owner by separate regulations and may be subject to individual arrangements between the parties prior to the conclusion of the agreement, conducted, for example, by e-mail, by telephone or in person at the Owner’s premises.

E-SERVICES

The following electronic service is available on the Website: a contact form.
The use of the contact form is possible after the user performs a total of three consecutive steps – (1) going to the “Contact” tab, (2) filling in the contact form with the data indicated as mandatory, and (3) clicking the “Send message” field. The contact form requires the content of the message addressed to the Owner and at least the following user data: and the e-mail address to which the Owner’s reply should be sent. The user may also provide his name, company name, telephone number.

The electronic service of the contact form is provided free of charge and is of a one-time nature, and is terminated when the message is sent through it or when the formulation of messages through it is discontinued earlier.

 

 

STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The owner, in order to fulfill its information obligations, indicates that a consumer under Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act may withdraw from a contract concluded remotely within 14 calendar days, without stating a reason and without incurring costs. The term to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
Notwithstanding the above, the Owner informs that through immo.pl it does not conclude any contracts with consumers, on the basis of which consumers would be obliged to provide services other than the provision of personal data processed by the entrepreneur solely for the purpose of performing the contract (use of the contact form) or a statutory obligation.
Consumers may cancel the use of the Website and electronic services at any time and at no cost. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user should inform the Owner of his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period. A sample withdrawal form is included in Appendix 2 to the Consumer Rights Act.

The above provisions on the consumer shall also apply to an individual for whom the conclusion of a contract is directly related to his business activity, when the circumstances indicate that this is not of a professional nature for this person, arising in particular from the subject of his business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
